Owaisi will be wiped out, day not far off: Himanta Biswa Sarma

Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma launched an unsparing attack on AIMIM chief Asaddudin Owaisi and said that just like Article 370 was wiped off, the same way names of Nizam and Owaisi will be erased forever.

“There is no one who can stop India. The way Article 370 was scrapped, Ram Mandir’s construction began…here also Nizam’s name and mark, and Owaisi’s name and mark will be wiped off…that day is not very far. India has woken up. It will no longer accept people who do pseudo-secularism or communal politics,” Sarma said.

Attacking the ruling Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS), Himanta said “KCR is like Aurangzeb. He is continuing Aurangzeb’s hereditary politics in Telangana. Though Assam is very small compared to Telangana, our government has provided one lakh jobs in our State, but here, the unemployment rate is rising.”

Taking a dig at both the Congress and TRS, Sarma said “Whenever a dictator becomes Chief Minister or Prime Minister, an emergency-like situation arises in the country and that we have to keep fighting and it will result in the creation of a new Telangana. Dictatorship will not work here.”
