Days after Aam Aadmi Party legislator Amanatullah Khan threatened violence against Swamy Yati Narsinghanand Saraswati, the head priest of Dasna Temple over his alleged remarks against Prophet Muhammad and called for the beheading, lakhs of Muslims gathered at the Islamia Ground in Bareilly, demanding the same.
Earlier Okhla MLA posted a video and said, “We are here with several Imams (Islamic clerics) from various parts of Delhi. We have decided to issue sermons during Jummah (Friday prayers) on April 9. Imams from across Delhi and other parts of India will give directions against the blasphemous comments made by Yati Narsinghanand Saraswati. They will demand his immediate arrest. As long as he is not behind bars, our agitation will continue.”
The video was shared by several Muslims on Twitter where they can be seen referring Mahant Saraswati as “Bhagwa terrorist”

An FIR was also registered against Khan for threatening to behead Yati Narsinghanand Saraswati.
Yati Narsinghanand Saraswati was speaking at an event held at the Press Club of India where he had urged Hindus to be fearless in highlighting the characteristics of Prophet Muhammad.
“If Islam’s reality, for which Maulana says, ‘If you speak about Muhammad, we will behead you’, Hindus should get rid of this fear. We are Hindus. If we can about the characteristics of Lord Ram, and other Hindu deities, then Muhammad is nothing for us. Why could not we speak about Muhammad and speak truth?” Yati Narsinghanand Saraswati had exclaimed.
