Kejriwal reminded of his promise on Oxygen’”and reneging on ‘˜em

As Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal continues to target the Centre government for not providing adequate amount of Oxygen, the social media users have lashed out at him and reminded him of his promise he had made in August 2020 to deliver the oxygen supply at home.

Earlier in August, in an article,  Arvind Kejriwal had promised the people of Delhi that he would double the testing and ensure home delivery of oxygen cylinders. He mentioned the same in his Independence speech also that he will start sending oxygen concentrators to homes of Covid-19 patients even if they have recovered.

However,  people on social media have now got out his old promises to counter and hold him accountable for his inability to fulfil its promises. One of the social media users slammed that advertisements are only a concern for Kejriwal and he’s not bothered to fulfill the promises he had made.

“Delhi didn’t vote for Advertisement ki Sarkar…! Where are new hospitals? Instead of creating new Mohalla Clinics, you should have used the same funds in improving infra & capabilities of pre-existing primary health centres (Dispensaries) and making drugs available there,” he said in his tweet.

While one of the users called him shameless, another mentioned him as a vulture. “I don’t know why people of Delhi are tolerating this vulture,” he  tweeted.

Delhi has recorded the highest cases on Thursday, with 26,619 fresh new COVID-19 cases and recorded 306 coronavirus deaths in the span of 24 hours.
