Delhi HC asks Truschke to delete her tweets against Vikram Sampath

Controversial historian Audrey Truschke would’ve to take down her defamatory tweets against Indian author and historian Vikram Sampath in the next 48 hours. 

That’s how Delhi High Court has ruled on an application by Sampath, seeking to take down tweets against him by Truschke and others accusing him of plagiarism. 

Truschke has been tweeting on the matter despite the Delhi High Court restraining her in an order on February 18. Others similarly restrained were Jo Chopra and Ananya Chakravarti. 

Closing the matter, The Delhi High Court reiterated its stand that it has already restrained Truschke and others from posting the letter and email or any other defamatory content concerning Vikram Sampath.
