Dholera, as a Real Estate investment prospect, draws investors from Delhi-NCR

Mr Manoj Saraswat from Dholera World speaking at the event

Property Samwaad, a premier online news channel on Real Estate development & Investment and Property laws, hosted an event on upcoming  Dholera SIR (Special Investment Region), Gujarat, India’s most ambitious greenfield smart industrial-city projects planned under the Delhi–Mumbai Industrial Corridor (DMIC) framework.

The event was hosted at Ashirwad Restaurant, in Faridabad on Saturday. (January 10, 2026)

Dholera is strategically located just 130 kms south of Ahmedabad. With private and Government investments in utilities and social infrastructure —including  hospitals and airport, its future looks bright.

Dholera is emerging as a strategic electronics and semiconductor manufacturing centre.  Tata Electronics partnering Powerchip Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (PSMC) of Taiwan, which is providing crucial technological support for India’s first large semiconductor plant is coming at Dholera. This ₹91,000 crore investment company is expected to catalyse ancillary ecosystems—components, logistics, warehousing, and services—strengthening demand for both commercial and planned residential development in and around the initial activation belts.

Semiconductor self-reliability is vital for India’s future and the present Modi government in New Delhi is losing no time in catching up with giants in this game which include Taiwan, China and the United States, of course.

Mr Sanjay K Sharma (above), head, Property Samwad, addressing the attendees in the event

Property Samwaad Head Sanjay K. Sharma said, “This is our first such event for a project. And the results are amazing. Around 30% conversion rate is reported to us by the participant company – ‘Dholera World’. More so events would fill up the upcoming calendar.
