Did Virat Kohli ask bowlers to target James Anderson’s head in the second Test at Lord’s which India ultimately won in the dying minutes of the game this week?
So it appears as a recent video has surfaced where Kohli and peer Mohammed Siraj are seen having a talk as James Anderson comes out to bat.
Kohli is seen pointing at the head of Anderson when he came out to bat in the second innings. Siraj is seen to copy and suggest the same with his own gesture.

When India was looking to wrap up the English batting lineup, Bumrah bowled a 10-ball over to Anderson in which he overstepped the line four times.
Most deliveries in this over were short-pitched deliveries which Anderson was able to negotiate. However, at the other end, Siraj claimed him.
Speaking on off-spinner Ravichandran Ashwin’s official YouTube channel, Team India fielding coach R Sridhar said Anderson objected to Bumrah bowling at 90mph to him while doing not the same to others. Bumrah, on his part, while returning to pavilion, told Anderson that his bouncers were not intentional. However, Anderson wasn’t convinced.
