54 crude bombs have been recovered from near the BJP’s office at Hastings Crossing in Kolkata on Saturday.
The bag, filled with explosives, was found near the Kidhirpore crossing, 100 metres from the BJP office. The police is investigating the matter.
On the first day of polling in Bengal assembly polls, 26 pieces of crude bombs were recovered in Beniapukur. Even before polls, crude bombs were discovered from a mango farm in the Harish-Chandrapur area in West Bengal’s Malda. Another box of crude bombs was recovered from Bardhaman.
